ECSE collaborates with leading AI companies, national agencies, and campus initiatives to push the limits of what is possible and help make the world a better place. 

Industry partners include NVIDIA, Siemens, Arm and Intel. And campus-wide initiatives – such as Artificial Intelligence at U of A, AI Access and Integrity Working Group, AI Verde, AI and XR Studio, AI Core’s XR Lab – are taking the reins to lead the field into the future.

This effort is led across the university by David Ebert, chief AI & data science officer and tenured faculty member of ECSE, who guides AI strategy on campus.
