Bo Liu

Associate Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering

Bo Liu is an associate professor in the ECE department. He holds a PhD from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. He previously worked at Amazon Research, Auburn University, and Philips Research. Liu researches decision-making and neural-symbolic artificial intelligence. He is a senior member of  the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) and the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AAAI), and an associate editor of Machine Learning Journal (Springer). He has co-authored over 25 journal papers, 20 conference papers, and one patent application.
